October 26th, 2010 the session of Moscow city court took place on the basis of Mr. Tikhonenko's appeal to cancel the decision of Dorogomolovskiy district court (in august 2010 Dorogomilovskiy district court declined Mr. Tikhonenko's appeal to cancel Rospatent decision of annuling his patents for uself models of shock absorbers) and relegate the case to a new prosecution. The decision of Moscow city court was to decline Mr. Tikhonenko's appeal.
