On December 10 and 11, 2014 in Ust -Kamenogorsk the seminar on topical issues of practical application of Technical Regulations of the Customs union "About Safety of Motor Vehicles" (Technical Regulations of Customs Union 018/2011), organized by the Euroasian Economic Commission took place. Managing director of Partnership "ADAK " and representatives of members of Association from Bosch, Denso, KYB and Schaeffler companies participated in the seminar. During the seminar representatives of "ADAK " stated concern about requirements of Regulations for marking directly to auto components (products themselves and not just packing) with a unified conformity sign of the turnover in the EAC market, and also brought up a question of need of granting a transition period for Belarus and Kazakhstan during which the turnover of automotive spare parts without the need for their certification if on these spare parts in these countries confirmation of compliance before coming into effect of Technical regulations of the Customs union isn't required would be allowed. Representatives of EEC promised to make official explanations concerning requirements for marking of automotive parts components a turnover sign in the market until the end of 2014. Also they informed that at the meeting of Board of the Commission 24.12.2014 is planned to adopt the Resolution of Board which will resolve the turnover of goods within 6 months in 2015 without the need for certification if before coming into force of Technical regulations of the Customs union in the member country of the Customs Union the requirement for compliance confirmation wasn't provided.
